L'appartamento al piano 1° è composto da ingresso, soggiorno con angolo cottura (attrezzato), 1 camera matrimoniale dotata di lettino aggiuntivo per bambini, un bagno ed un ripostiglio con lavatrice. Presente ampio balcone ad angolo da cui si può godere della vista panoramica sulla vallata. Il piano superiore si compone di ampia zona notte con 2 o 4 letti singoli, ed un bagno con doccia.
