This is freshly renovated 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. With all brand new furniture and appliances, tasteful decorations, a 72 inch tv with sound bar and sub, you may not want to leave! We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Great for a couples getaway or families traveling. We are close to everything...5 minutes to the freeway 99 and about 10 min to downtown Modesto. We are 20 min from Turlock and 15 min from Manteca. Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Kitchenette with dishes and towels. Two miles from the 99 freeway and downtown dining/entertainment. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort.
