This place recently underwent another renovation leaving its unique charm+ creaky sloping floors while adding modern comforts. It’s located in the same awesome neighborhood as our other homes but on a corner with plenty of free onstreet parking. It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The wonderful front porch+ other outside spaces+gardens are quite special too; we think you’ll love staying here! And it’s now available for small events too.

The house is pet friendly, pets must be registered with fee (only non shedding dogs) Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guest. No visits allowed.

A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

Perfect for couples or groups of all sizes. This private poolside retreat allows you to relax and enjoy your time together. Gather to break bread in the spacious open kitchen and great room while sharing laughs, chats, and memories. Note: During fall/winter 2025, the grass will be undergoing maintenance to prepare it for spring. Other than that, the home is a wonderful living space. Only hours from San Francisco, Yosemite, or Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. PLEASE, due to family health concerns, no animals in the unit.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Quaint little two bedroom two bath guest house that was remodeled 6 years ago. We moved into guest house as we renovated are 100 year farm house. It left us with a great guest house. . Hughson is less than 20 minutes from 4 hospitals. We are an outgoing family of 5 with 3 kids aging 20to 14. We love to be outside & are very social.
