It is short walk to the Oregon Convention Center, Moda Center, Emanuel Hospital, and more. Near the Max, buses, and street car. Lovely remodeled separate suite in the basement of a 1905 home in Historic NE Irvington! Includes: 1 bd (queen), 1 ba, living room (full sofa sleeper), and kitchette/laundry room. Walk score 87, public transit 71, and biking 98! Walk to the OR Convention Center and the Moda Center (20 min). This unit is a great fit for those out and about during the day, but want a quiet place at night. Squeaky clean without the cleaning fee and no check out chores! This listing supports public teachers.

Close-in, private Overlook retreat.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to downtown or The Pearl District. Street level 1910 duplex is a tranquil space with easy access to inner Portland and all it has to offer. We love this city and hope you enjoy your stay. 5 minute walk to Portland Streetcar. 5 minute walk to Nike bike rentals/Nike Factory Store 5 minute walk to Ox/Toro Bravo/ Wonder ballroom 15 minute walk to Moda Center 15 minute walk to the Convention center. 15 minute walk to Emanuel hospital. 15 minute walk to Max light rail. 1.5 miles to downtown. 1.2 miles Pearl District.

Super central and clean hideaway in N.E. Portland's Irvington/Lloyd Center neighborhood. This cozy apartment lives under our brownstone home, with it's own entrance, free wifi, queen bed, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Street parking is easy, no restrictions or permits required! We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there!

1 block off of NE Williams avenue: A cool and trendy place to soak up your authentic Portland experience! Coffee shops, the BEST restaurants around, Bars, workout studios, shopping, CoCo Donuts and more. Studio space includes private separate entrance, backyard patio for your using, Kitchen (Fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave), en suite bathroom with shower, queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. We're on a quiet side street – right around the corner from a dynamic restaurant scene in Kerns, the 5th coolest neighborhood in the world. Stroll to parks, live music, vintage shops, and a vintage movie theater. Walk, Lyft/Uber, bicycle, or use Portland’s amazing public transportation everywhere. Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!

One bedroom suite in historic Isam White House

Clean third floor one bedroom suite in the historic Isam White House with bedroom, living area with convertible sofa, dining area, kitchenette and private bathroom with shower. Includes access to 3rd floor private balcony (furniture removed in fall / winter) . One of the last grand mansions downtown that hasn't been converted to condos or offices. We are at the shopping and restaurant districts of Northwest 21st and 23rd Avenues. Walkability score of 97!
