Chalet Bergglück is a beautiful spacious house for alpine lovers. Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Enjoy your freedom with your own garden, terrace and balcony with splendid mountain views. The ski bus stop and supermarket for fresh bread are just around the corner. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

Diese große und stilvoll modernisierte Landhausvilla eignet sich perfekt für Familien und Freunde mit viel Platzbedarf zum Essen, Relaxen und Schlafen. Sie liegt fußnah zum Strandbad, hat einen 100qm grossen Ess-/Wohnbereich mit beheizbarem Holzfussboden und Kamin, eine Bibliothek / Arbeitszimmer und eine Sauna. Von den 3 Terrassen und aus dem Haus gibt es rundum Bergblick und mit Südwestausrichtung viel Sonne. Keine ganz ruhige Lage, da nah an der Bundesstrasse (Schallschutzfenster vorhanden)

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!
