The apartment is situated quite close to the city centre, by foot it's just about 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes to the pedestrian area of Seefeld. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Genieße ein paar schöne Tage in unserer Panoramasuite mit Balkon im ersten Stock direkt am Ufer des Forggensees mit einzigartigem Blick auf den See, die Allgäuer Berge und die Königsschlösser. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein abgetrennter Raum . Im Wohnbereich befindet sich zustätzlich noch ein Schlafsofa welches ausgezogen werden kann und somit Platz für 2 weitere Gäste (nur gegen Aufpreis) bietet. Spielplatz und Spieleraum im Hotel vorhanden. Tiere sind nicht gestattet.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Mitten der Allgäuer Alpen. Wir bieten den idealen Startpunkt für einen Besuch des Schloss Neuschwansteins. Naturliebhaber und Freizeitsportler kommen voll auf ihre Kosten. Die Seilbahn zum Buchenberg ist nur 150 Meter entfernt. Gaststätten und ein Supermarkt sind fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Min. zu erreichen. Seen sind bequem mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Hochwertiger Gasgrill inklusive Gas stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung.

Zum traumhaften Ausblick

Diese liebevoll renovierte Altbauwohnung bietet einen unvergesslichen, unverbauten Bergblick mit Südbalkon — Alpspitze, Waxensteine und Zugspitze direkt vor Augen. Wanderungen, Radtouren und Skigebiete starten vor der Haustür, der Eibsee ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bushaltestelle ca. 200 m entfernt.
