1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

Gorgeous house with everything you will need for an enjoyable and productive stay in Wadley for pleasure or business. Charming interior, you'll be surrounded by old-fashioned and modern style. This 100-year old house of 1,600-square-foot interior is filled with modern comforts to complement the molding and old-fashioned charm of the original details. Retreat to either one of the bedrooms for a rejuvenating night. No parties or large gatherings allowed. Perfect for temporary office space.

Unique country cottage. You have your own little cottage with I bedroom and loft and a small kitchen. There is also a beautiful pond for swimming, fishing or canoeing. A beautiful 1/2 a mile walk to Rocky Comfort Creek where you can fish or relax. Lots of animals around the farm. A kids paradise! Just come and enjoy a relaxing day in the country. A 15 min. drive to town and restaurants. There is no tv or WiFi in the cottage so be prepared to relax and reconnect with how life used to be!

Enjoy our local treasures like the Ollie Also and Stanie Too Fine Mess Old Car Museum or The Laurel and Hardy Museum. For our nature lovers we recommend Euchee Creek Park maybe enjoy one of several walking trail at Augusta Canal National Heritage Area. This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. It has a large rain head shower, living space with cozy gas fireplace, cold a/c, comfy queen bed with huge window. The kitchen has a fridge, Keurig, toaster oven, and microwave. There’s a 2 burner gas cooktop and park size grill outside for use, as well. Stay in a treehouse tonight!
