Our lovely home features 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The ground floor includes the kitchen/dining area with garden access, a living room, and a cloakroom. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and another with bunk beds. This floor also has a study/office and a main bathroom with a bath and shower.The top floor offers 2 more bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed (extendable) and a movable toddler bed. Self contained studio close to AELTC Wimbledon

Bright and airy self contained studio with kitchenette, set to the rear of our family home. We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be clearly seen and heard from the property), the Wimbledon Club and the various hospitality suites. The garden & patio can also be made available for corporate entertaining by separate agreement. Unfortunately parking is not available during the Wimbledon Championship period. A true haven away from home, enjoy the cherry blossom courtyard in spring and the juicy pink lady apples in summer!

Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
