Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath studio. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchenette, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, on demand water heater with heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, large fenced backyard and patio w/ seating and grill.

Unit includes one off street parking space in a garage and a 4th-floor patio. There are 2 mini-split AC/heating units, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge w/ ice maker, a microwave, & a full stove range and a 56" tv. There is a deck w/ two recliner chairs. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. The unit has a full bathroom. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

Recreation Enthusiast Dream with Hot Tub

Lovely guest suite in Missoula's premier Upper Rattlesnake neighborhood. Hiking and biking trails are a block away. Just a short walk (1.4miles) to the Rattlesnake Recreation Area trails, and Ten Spoon Winery. Less than ten minutes to the University and downtown. After your adventures, enjoy a soak in the large hot tub. High-speed internet, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and smart TV included. The suite is in the daylight basement of our family home in a quiet neighborhood.

Relax on the shared patio complete with separate seating areas, lush landscaping, and BBQ grill. Location is a couple of blocks off the HIP Strip of S Higgins and is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, downtown Missoula, and the University Montana. Walking trails along the Clark Fork River are just minutes away by foot.

Burns Street Studio

A charming, quiet, tiny studio loft apartment in the historic, centrally located, Westside neighborhood. This beautiful space is in a stand alone building is located 4.7 mi from airport. The exterior stairway to the private entrance has 15 steps and I have included lots of photos. There are pretty mountain views out of every window. The American Leather sofa and bed are comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Check in and check out times are firm.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Across from Rose Park, The Story Book on Brooks Street is a short walk from the fabulous Hip Strip and Clark Fork River. Two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, a book- and game-packed living room, spa tub, fenced yard and patio make this the ideal location. The University of Montana and Southgate Mall are just a mile away, and Missoula's fabulous downtown is just over the bridge.
