We have been working on this space for the last 2 years to get the details just right, including hand built furniture and art by local artists. Above the din of the Mission, this apartment is a unique space built in the attic of a large Edwardian house run by artists Laurel Roth Hope and Andy Diaz Hope .

The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. At just over 100 sq ft, experience tiny living in our cozy space. The small space is priced accordingly, we are one of the cheaper places to stay in SF. You'll have a private room with a bathroom and queen Murphy bed that pulls over a couch. We are in the middle of Bernal Heights, a quiet and quaint neighborhood with amazing views of downtown San Francisco from the top of the hill. We are two blocks away from shops, cafes and restaurants, it's very walkable. Come stay and live like a local!

Located close to the Mission and Potrero Hill, our 2 bedroom (approx 1000 sq.ft.) rental is near great restaurants, unique shopping, and the newly opened Chase Center. This 2 bedroom unit is well-stocked with everything you'll need to have a relaxing and fun-filled stay in San Francisco. There's easy access getting into and out of our neighborhood and our street has ample parking. We love to host and are excited to meet new people eager to explore all that the Bay Area has to offer!

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. Northslope Studio in Bernal Heights with a Zen, Leafy Patio

Wake up to the soothing green view from this recently remodeled (mid-2023) studio nestled on a sleepy block in Bernal Heights. A peaceful backyard with a Buddha sculpture and a modernist inspired courtyard sit alongside the bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. Free street parking (parallel) is available on my block and surrounding streets, not restricted, and typically easily available. Note that the in-law studio shares a common front door and foyer with the main house upstairs.

Spacious & artsy 2br Dolores Park flat

Beautiful, contemporary sunny flat right in the heart of the vibrant Mission District and Valencia corridor. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants, bars and cafes in the city. The Castro and Dolores Park are just steps away. Birite, Tartine bakery and beautiful Mission Pool are within a one block walk. My house is located along all major 'Tech bus' routes. Enjoy easy access to BART and MUNI public transportation, only two BART stations from downtown San Francisco.
