Private entrance bedroom with private bath & patio

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Cozy Stone Cottage

Our property is a collection of former out-buildings for the Glendessary Manor estate of poet and composer, Robert Cameron Rogers. The Cozy Stone Cottage was originally a pump house for the beautiful water tower which you can see from the front garden. You’ll love its rustic atmosphere and the warm cozy feeling of The Stone Cottage, separate bedroom, small gas fireplace stove, and sweet patio to sit and relax or eat a meal. Come enjoy this wonderful retreat!

Santa Barbara Hilltop Hideaway

Beautiful, romantic, inviting guest room centrally located in Santa Barbara. It is a newly decorated, large spacious room, surrounded by trees and views from every window. Completely private, clean and quiet. Convenient parking and a charming path leads to your guest room. It is full of natural light. Minutes away from beaches, shopping and restaurants. Oakview Place is a quiet, cozy 1-bedroom retreat in the prestigious San Roque neighborhood. After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Casa Limon, a comfortable, spacious and private get away, originally our master suite and located in the lower level of our home. Beautiful mountain views, centrally located, easy access to everything Santa Barbara has to offer. Within a 10 minute drive to downtown, hiking, mountain biking trails, and beaches. Located at the end of a quiet, family friendly street. Two night minimum. Welcome to our home!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
