Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

The inside was newly remodeled; nice and clean. It’s a .5 mile walk to East Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was perfect for our family of four, including two toddlers. The house was spotless, quiet, and just the right size—plus, it was super cute and cozy. The location couldn't be better: walking distance to the beach and plenty of nearby spots, and just a short 10-minute drive to places like State Street and the Public Market. James was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I’m already recommending this place to all our friends and family, and we’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Santa Barbara!

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. We were fortunate to chance upon the Magnolia Cottage when we were looking for a place in the Lompoc area to spend a weekend with our greyhound. Harvey's listing stood out as being the right place for us. Harvey's property is very well located, and it also has a unique charm of a Victorian house with an English style garden! Right from the first interaction which was very prompt, Harvey made sure we had all the information we needed to have. To add to that, Harvey was a gracious host and gave us a tour of the Victorian parts of the property and the gardens. During our stay he alerted us that there was a missile launch scheduled from the nearby Vandenberg SFB and thanks to Harvey, we got to witness the launch as a bonus! For anyone visiting the Lompoc area and looking for a charming place to stay, we recommend Harvey's!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

We were in Santa Barbara for my nephew's wedding. Brendon's place was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance of the wedding venue and had plenty of room for the five of us. Check-in was easy, and the place was clean and inviting. Brendon stayed in contact throughout the process and was an excellent host.

Clean space , felt like home & very private area . Host made it very easy for check in and flexible with the check out hours . I would recommend and would stay again !

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this lovely home!! The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the different gardens are which surround the side and back yards or what care has been given to a simple, but lovely design inside. Two couples were more than comfortable and we all enjoyed the fire table and the hot tub which worked great. Hilary was very helpful and responsive - we highly recommend and look forward to returning!

My family had a great stay in this lovely home in Goleta. The space is clean and spacious, with ample parking and a lovely backyard. It was easy to find and access, and it's a short drive to downtown, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. This was my second stay at Jane's place and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from East beach, grocery chopping and restaurants. The place is clean, well furnished with everything I needed in the kitchen to make dinner for friends while I was there. And Jane was proactive, providing me early access and very accommodating allowing me to leave an hour later than planned. I will stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.
