Hypoallergic king size bed in separate room with ensuite bathroom. Futon sofa in living space sleeps one. Partial kitchen; no oven. Coffee machine. Outdoor grill, table and 4 chairs. Beach bag with towels and umbrella. Dogs welcome for no extra fee; no cats. Weekly cleaning/linens on Wednesday.

I lovingly tend the 1/2 acre of gardens which you are welcome to explore. One of my greatest joys in life is to offer my piece of paradise to the world. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in Montecito. This is the perfect spot to unwind and after a day of sightseeing and enjoying all Santa Barbara has to offer. This studio is a new addition to our home, with a queen bed, kitchenette, and small living room area. It has its own separate entrance and off-street parking for one car. It is located in an extremely quiet and private neighborhood with a beautiful view. We look forward to hosting you!
