The house is less than a half block from four great restaurants, a pub, a corner market and a coffee shop, as well as being 1.5 miles to SeaWorld, and 15 minute drive to the airport.

The house is located in Ocean Beach, about 10 minutes' drive to the airport and 15-20 minutes' walk to the beach, including several bars, breweries and restaurants.
