It is 5-10 minutes away from Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Mission Bay Golf, Sea World, shopping and restaurants. Surf Studio is on the ground floor of a quiet 5 unit apt building nestled behind host house. Street parking is available. ( Pls Do not park in front of 4069 Honeycutt across the street)
