Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Built in 1956 as it says on the entrance flagstone, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is the ideal place for celebrating an event, or practicing Yoga. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, there are places for private meditation and group therapy. Large kitchen for cooking There is one other room with a king sized bed and outdoor shower. It is set apart from the main house, and I normally use it, but if you need it, please let me know and we can discuss

Eco friendly atmosphere and the house is powered by Solar PV and Solar hot water is provided all showers in toilets. A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.

Unwind at this peaceful villa located off the main road. 5 bedrooms equipped with en suite bathrooms and ACs, a large saltwater pool including a kids pool, surrounded by garden and forest. Housekeeping is provided and an onsite manager and staff are there to assist you. Breakfast is included and our partner restaurant serving Asian fusion cuisine will deliver lunch and dinner to you should you require. The beach and a surf break are a short walk down the road (<200m).

The bungalow is air conditioned and consist of a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom , walk in wardrobe , a kitchenette and has two verandas leading to a private garden. It is also air conditioned .D Canal House is an ideal place to switch off from the outside world and re connect with nature through the sound of flowing water coming from the stream and ponds of the tropical gardens.
