Kay and I were very pleased to be close to nice areas. Important point to mention is the fact that the owner reacted very rapidly and professionnally when we requested assistance. If our health permit, we will go back next year to Peru and our first choice will be to go back at Laura Classic Homes Miraflores. Kay and Yves

We have to give Ricardo and his team 5 stars across the board. Never have we experienced such stellar customer service, clear and consistent communication and a willingness to help out. We can be very particular about our accommodations and hands down felt this was one of our favorite stays in Lima. They are a super host for a reason. The location of the unit is central to everything, the building is clean and well kept and there are a ton of restaurants and bars around. Looking forward to staying at one of their properties again soon!

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Barranco. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very close to the beach. The neighborhood is artsy with many colonial style buildings. The apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Clean linens. The WiFi was fast and the patio was perfect for having coffee and working on your laptop. Catherine was very friendly and accommodating for an early check in. We looked forward to seeing the front desk attendant Pedro every morning.

Me quede 1 mes y 20 días en el departamento con mi pareja. Un mini depa peculiar, con todo lo que necesitas y hasta un linda terracita. Me sentí como en casa, la zona tranquila, segura y familiar, con parques alrededor y tiendas cerca para lo que necesites. La comunicación con los anfitriones siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos, y a reparar inmediatamente cualquier problema que tuviéramos en el departamento. Muy amables siempre. Agradecemos mucho la flexibilidad con la hora de la salida.

My friend and I stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is very nice and clean. Theres a lot of places to eat around, including two cafes connected to the building. Additionally, theres a salon also connected to the front of the building which was perfect as I needed my hair done desperately. A little tip though, schedule a reservation with receptionist for the pool, washing machine room, gym, or the game room as soon as you get there as they are by reservation only I believe. The pool is amazing, it’s clean and has an amazing view. I highly recommend this place.

Nos encanto la estadía en Barranco, la descripción y las fotos eran tal cual en la publicación. Nos gusto mucho la ubicación, tiene muchas tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor, sin duda una zona donde hay mucho que hacer y ubicación estratégica para movilizarte, incluso a unos pasos queda una estación del metropolitano. El departamento sin duda tenia todo lo necesario para una estadía en pareja, nos sentimos muy cómodos, incluso el edificio dispone de piscina y Juan nos brindó las facilidades para poder acceder a ella. Sin duda lo recomiendo para pasar una agradable estadía en Barranco.

The place is really unique and is such a cool experience staying in a classic Lima house. Despite the house being close to 100 years old, it felt comfortable with all the needed amenities for modern day. The location is right in the heart of Barranco, close to many good restaurants. Juan was communicative and check in was really smooth. Overall wonderful experience

We LOVED staying with Claudia! Her home is beautiful, clean and in the heart of Barranco. We loved it and felt super safe. Claudia was incredibly helpful, she helped book my taxi from the airport, provided endless tips and recommendations (all excellent) and even helped arrange the delivery of my kindle after I left it at her place. Thank you so much Claudia!

Ivette’s apartment was exactly what we needed—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location is perfect: tucked away in a quiet residential area but still very close to a lovely park, which was great for morning walks and fresh air. Everything in the apartment worked perfectly, and Ivette was a responsive and welcoming host. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a peaceful place to relax while still being close to everything you need!

My stay at Helen's apartment was very enjoyable. It's modern, fully equipped, clean, comfortable and has a great view of the city from the balcony. It has a 24 hour security receptionist with surveillance cameras. The apartment is in a great location. It's very close to shopping centers, markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, banks, movie theaters, hardware stores, beauty salons, barber shops, pet stores and more. All within a few minutes walking distance. This was my second time in the apartment and I would definitely stay there again. Helen is very pleasant and very responsive. Very friendly host.

Cecilia was a great host. She is very responsive, caring and accommodating. I especially appreciated her kind interest in making everyone comfortable including the little ones in our group. We loved her apartment and how well equipped it is. The location was great too!
