Studio by the Beach with Separate Entrance

Open the sliding door to let the gentle sea breezes waft in and settle down to stream a favorite show on the Smart TV. The interior blends coastal touches with boho chic, and there are little luxuries like a work space and secluded private outdoor space. I adhere to the CDC cleaning protocols. I use UV C light for added disinfecting and sanitizing of the Studio, and have also added a Dyson air purifying fan and heater to insure you have clean air. This studio is located on the first floor of my three story home. The studio shares the first floor with the garage so you don't have any shared walls. You have two windows, one in the bathroom and a sliding glass door in the bedroom, they bring in light and the sea breeze but have no views. While this studio is private you may hear footsteps above, music drifting in from other parts of the house, and the sounds that come from everyday living. You'll have one parking space available on the right side of the driveway. More free parking is usually available at the end of the street, 15 houses down on panama. During the day there's extra parking at kiddie beach. I live on the two top floors of the house so i'm easily accessible for as much or as little interaction as needed. The setting on a quiet street is only half a block from channel Island harbors Kiddie Beach and 1.5 blocks to Silver Strand Beach, a popular surf spot and vantage point for catching the sunset. Watch for whales and discover a yoga studio, corner market, and salon, all only moments away. Hollywood by the sea has unique sounds too. You'll hear sea lions, boat horns, and on occasion a fog horn. Every morning at 8am you'll hear our national anthem, and at sunset you'll hear taps. You'll have to pay attention or you'll miss it. It's one of many thing I love about this area.

One room house

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Comfortable with all of the things you need around you. We have a washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator and kitchen. The couch in the living room also converts into a second bed. There are bluetooth speakers that can connect to the TV for an amazing movie night or to your phone for music. There is also an accessible Tesla charger outside for any electric cars. We are in charge of cleaning, all you have to do is have fun and enjoy your stay!

Ojai Airstream Oasis

This vintage 1969 Airstream "Ambassador" was remodeled and designed for a comfortable stay in Ojai. Towering oak trees, bamboo and lush landscaping surround the rental and give a good sense of privacy. Inside the airstream, guests will find both queen and twin built-in beds which can accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. A/C , full bathroom, fridge and high speed WiFi provide all of the modern necessities. Conveniently located in the heart of Meiners Oaks and walking distance to El Roblar.

It is located on a super quiet residential street, but also a quick walk to a local park, cafes, restaurants, bookstore, and a market. Our cottage is intentionally designed to include (almost) everything you need with lots of small beautiful details. With the warm sunlight and the cool ocean breeze pouring in all at once, it is a wonderful place to relax. We also have a beautiful private cedar hot-tub:)

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE

Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.

We are pet friendly (1 dog only, no shedding) and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. This home sleeps 5 people. No events or amplified music. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We can accommodate 2 cars onsite.
