Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Secluded self-contained annexe facing woods

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

Tulip Tree Cottage was originally the village school house built in the 1870's and now a comfortable and newly converted home situated in the Kent Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within walking distance of the village supermarket, pharmacy and 3 good pubs, this is the perfect place for a family holiday or weekend getaway with friends. Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

Beautiful 'Rose-Dene' with ample parking

'Rose-Dene' is a two bedroom bungalow (sleeps 6) in a residential area of Sheppey and has ample parking space at the front with easy access from the road which can be busy at peak periods. At the back of the bungalow you will find a beautiful and extensive garden where you can relax or enjoy a game of table tennis, bar-b -q and in the summer a cream tea.

The Stables.

Sitting room leading into double bedroom with en suite shower in a converted stable at the end of a delightful large garden. So quiet my guests sleep like logs. Continental breakfast in hamper left outside The Stables each morning at pre agreed time. Outdoor secluded area to eat. Travel cot for one infant. Unique!
