This felt like home. All the snacks, supplies, and amenities you could ever need. Comfy beds and super clean bathroom with bidet. Wendy provided a ton of local (even walkable) food and entertainment recommendations. This historic home had so much charm and personality that we’ll for sure be back again in the future.

Nice cozy apartment, very clean and well put-together. James was communicative and proactive about the only pain point (upstairs unit gets toasty with the windows closed) so we appreciated that. Couple of things that didn’t bother me but might be sticky for others - the back entrance involves narrow stairs that might be hard to get a large suitcase up - front entrance is direct and wider. Being across from bars comes with some noise on the weekends if the windows are open, not a problem with them closed. Walking distance to restaurants, coffeeshop, and several bars was a nice feature, and it’s less than a half-hour drive from the north end of Sax Zim.

Loved our Christmas stay at Brittany's! It was even better than we expected and so cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and the helpful, friendly hosts.

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

Justin and Stephanie's place was great! A cute apartment situated in an excellent location, with friendly and responsive hosts to boot. I'd recommend it if you're looking to stay somewhere downtown. It's also a walkable distance to a Whole Foods (and I saw a Trader Joe's a short drive away), so you could utilize the kitchen if you plan on cooking for yourself. Given its location, you'll hear some noises from the outside, but that's true of any space in a central area in a busy city. It was also cool being connected to many other downtown buildings via the Skyway (when it was open, anyway :-))! Overall, this was a lovely experience and stay.

Beautiful spot by the Lake. Tastefully decorated and well stocked. Beddings were comfortable and all rooms had fireplace, smart tv.

Our second stay here and we enjoyed it immensely both times. Nicely decorated, very roomy, clean and tidy with all necessities. Will consider staying again. Douglas was very helpful and let us check in early. Thank you!

Charles & Heather's place was fantastic! We intended to stay only a couple nights while waiting to move into new house but ended up staying several nights. Charles & Heather were super easy to work with and flexible with our situation. The property is in a beautiful area and had very slow streets and a neighborhood park that we used lots. We really appreciated how organized and well stocked with equipment the kitchen was. We also appreciated the ability to park in the garage. Was a super enjoyable stay and have already recommended to others!

Lovely space, comfortable and clean with great amenities. Comfortable beds, great shower and plenty of towels. We had a wonderful time with family enjoying the backyard patio, hot tub, and pool table.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was located two minutes from my daughter’s house so I was very familiar with the area. The neighborhood was really nice and there were a lot of our favorite restaurants within minutes! The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We spent Christmas Eve by the fireplace with our family and played games at the dining room table. The beds were super comfortable and there were very clean instructions to everything we could possibly need!!! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Four good friends had an absolutely fabulous time at Viewpoint. We loved just looking out at the lake, each day was different - grey and windy, beautiful sunshine and calm and a bit in between. All magical. We had fun cooking together in the very well appointed kitchen and had great fires each night. We thought we might be snowshoeing - but no snow changed our plans - hiked at Tettegouche, walked the bike trail conveniently right across the road!! Enjoyed a wonderful sauna at Sisu + Loyly in Grand Marais - highly recommend! All in all a wonderful mini retreat. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

We experienced everything that was promised and more. The wooded setting was peaceful and quiet. The screened in deck was a welcome surprise and a great place to enjoy bird songs and wildlife viewing while visiting. Our group was composed of 5 families. Everyone had privacy and ample space for daily living and the gathering spaces were comfy and flexible. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. We’re trying to come up with a reason to visit the area again and see if the property is available for another gathering of family and friends.

Beautiful property on the Mississippi River! Beth was very communicative while also giving our group the privacy we needed for a fun getaway. The house is organized, clean, and fit for a large group! The hot tub and outdoor spaces were great additions to our stay. Highly recommend!

Just had a wonderful weekend at Dan and Catherine's house in Alexandria. We were 10 older folks there to bike the Central Lakes Trail, and this was very convenient. I can't find any fault with our hosts or the accommodations. The house was spacious. Each of us had their own room, and the two bathrooms was adequate for what we needed. There is a really nice patio with a table that seated everybody, and fire ring where we sat on evening for a campfire, and a large dining table indoors. Everyone agreed it was a great place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty to do indoors, but we didn't take much advantage of it because the weather turned spectacular so we mostly stayed outside. Highly recommend these hosts!

Great place! We enjoyed our stay. Loved being close to all amenities of Giants Ridge. Very spacious room and nice to have multiple bathrooms! Eldon communicated all details ahead of our stay and shared all information we needed and more!

Amazing place! Loved the fireplace and the pool/hottub. It was perfect for our very cold weekend. The host was amazing with my questions and responded within minutes.

Greta place to stay with a responsive host. I would highly recommend this location if you need a place to close to Mayo Clinic or the downtown area.

What a beautiful and comfortable place. They have amazing instructions for getting in and too the place. Had a minor problem of my own making and they went out of their way to fix it. Best host I have ever had. Thank you can’t be said enough.

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay. Ski in ski out location out was very convenient. Ski locker was very nice to have. Condo and designated parking spot were well appointed. Owner was very communicative and friendly. Clean and comfortable.
