Welcome to the Cuyuna Wattage Cottage! We built this ultramodern cabin to be an energy-efficient retreat for you to enjoy after biking, hiking, snowmobiling, or otherwise exploring this beautiful area. You’ll love viewing a sunrise through two story windows in the main living space or warming up by the fireplace. Located a 1/2 mile away from the Cuyuna mountain bike trail system Yawkey trails. 1/2 to the beach, 2 mi. to Crosby. It is the only house on the street, on seven acres. Great privacy!

This cabin is ideal for a getaway year round. Set in a peaceful, wooded, quiet bay on Horseshoe Lake on the Chain of Lakes. This cozy, inviting cabin has a gorgeous shoreline with a sandy beach, stunning sunset views, a dock that is perfect for fishing (or jumping in!), a raft to swim to, hammocks to lounge in, and a large bonfire area to end your day. Endless outdoor activities year round! This cabin has everything you need for a memorable, relaxing vacation! No detail has been overlooked.

Adventure Studio

The Adventure Studio is like stepping into a treehouse that boasts stunning views and a cozy relaxing deck overlooking 200' of shoreline on a great fishing lake. Inside enjoy views from two full walls of windows, a skylight and vaulted ceilings. Well appointed kitchen for a several day stay. A fire pit, pedal boat, paddleboards, wooded acreage, a mile long nature hiking, biking trail and access to other adventures. All on a quiet tree lined road, perfect for peaceful strolls at sunset.

Agua Norte Cabin: Lake Superior View & Sauna

"Minnesota's Coolest Airbnb" by Condé Nast and seen on HBO's Cabin Chronicles, Agua Norte is only 4 miles from Grand Marais. With Lake Superior views and a skylight above the bed for stargazing and Northern Lights magic, our cabin is perfect for nature-loving guests looking for peace, quiet, and cozy, but still be near town. Sit out on the large cedar deck and watch the waves crash on Five Mile Rock, stroll to the beach across the road, take a sauna, have a bonfire, and hike our trails.

Amenities include a modern kitchen, indoor/outdoor dining areas, grill, fire pit, kayaks, inflatable water toys, sauna and more. If you need a break from the city, need to relax or if you just want to have fun... this is for you!

Cabin in Paradise with Gazebo & Hot Tub

The perfect solution for cabin fever! This romantic & private log cabin overlooks beautiful Diamond lake. Two queen size beds, one is adjustable w/massage. Hand-hewn rock gas fireplace, massage chair, fully stocked modern kitchen, wifi, YouTube TV (local channels & espn) & streaming. Enjoy the gazebo & hot tub next to the cabin throughout the seasons. I live across the street & clean and sanitize, so I know it is done properly. Note: Optional (additional charge) game room available.

End the day in the private jet tub or enjoy the building's hot tub, sauna, outdoor fire pits, and panoramic deck.

Treehouse (LOTR) Stargazer Skycabin

Our LOTR themed treehouse, along with our LOTR Wizard's Cottage, have been described as a "love letter to Tolkien himself." We have been featured on PBS and WJON radio. A manager lives on the acreage, about 200 ft. from the Wizard's Cottage and very far from the treehouse, which is located on the back part of the acreage. It has a fenced-in portion that makes up the Shire Garden. Down the hill is our nod to Mordor. Feel free to visit and dare to open the "Mor Do(o)r."

Muskie Lake Cabin

Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. A fire pit is available, ( wood furnished), along with a canoe and 2 kayaks You can fish off the dock or bring your own boat. A pontoon boat is available for rent. We will except two dogs.
