Welcome to our cozy 1940s bungalow with natural light, wood beams, bamboo floors, and a fully fenced yard. We are located just 1 mile from the heart of Downtown Vancouver, where you’ll find an awesome mix of restaurants, bars, breweries, and shops. *NOTE: our home borders 3 new townhomes so privacy may be limited in the backyard. Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

Welcome to Salmon Creek Studio - where comfort, privacy, and location make all the difference! We are just 25 min. to PDX Airport and downtown Portland, 5 min. to many restaurants, breweries, grocery, and shops. Also, we are just one block away from the entrance to Salmon Creek Trail; a popular 7-mile round-trip paved pathway. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a few livestock including a miniature donkey, a sheep, a goat and chickens. Quiet 2-bedroom home with indoor fireplace

2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home for rent. Home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private backyard patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.
