Lake Hiawatha Carriage House near Light Rail

New, beautifully designed carriage house a block from Lake Hiawatha near the airport and Minnehaha Falls. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, Minnehaha Creek, light rail. Large windows with lots of light, kitchen, washer/dryer, A/C, TV, fast Wifi internet. We built our space to be a quiet refuge in the city, providing plenty of light and amenities to sit and chill for days, but also great access to explore everything the city has to offer.

Classic style, urban vibe

This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis! Great neighborhood amenities include a corner coffee shop, brew pub, bakery, authentic barbecue joint and breakfast and lunch cafe, all within easy walking distance. This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.

Victorian Grand Cottage by Lakes and Downtown!

Renowned architect Geoffrey Warner was featured in Garage Reinvented by converting a quaint Victorian home into this stylish, innovative design. This was realized by literally bridging the original Icehouse of Lake Calhoun to a newer addition by a mahogany bridge that pours natural light into the living room from upper level skylights. Indeed, its a unique place that is on the scheduling short list with HGTV's House Hunters!

Little House by Lake Phalen

Stay in your own private home which was recently remodeled and is located one block from Lake Phalen. The home has a full kitchen which is fully stocked. Breakfast and light snacks are included with your stay. The cushioned chairs and the loveseat have covers which are washed between each guest. The large patio located between the homes is a great place to relax and listen to the fountain or enjoy a meal.
