Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

Centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches.

Just a 10 minute walk to Warners Bay shops which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, coffee, a pub, bowling club and assorted shops. Situated on beautiful Lake Macquarie and only moments to the lakeside walking track. Spacious one bedroom apartment with separate living/dining area and well equipped kitchen. Luxurious king size bed and direct lake views. You have your own parking space and separate entrance.

Minnalong Cottage This lovely one-bedroom, self contained cottage is set on a working horse property. It is conveniently situated for a self-guided tour of the Hunter Valley vineyards including Pokolbin, Wollombi and Broke, or a comfortable stopover on your way north or south. It is located at the base of the Watagan Mountains, with easy access for bush walking, picnics or 4WDing. The Vineyards are 30 minutes drive away, Newcastle and beaches are 45 minutes drive and Port Stephens 1 hour.

Family 3-bedroom Oasis with Pool & Spa

Relax with the whole family in our home featuring everything you'd expect plus a whole lot more. A private oasis, perfect to connect with your family over food, nature and swimming in the heated pool and spa. Wander down the back to visit the sheep and chickens, and collect fresh eggs. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up, unwind or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool, sauna, explore the gardens, collect farm fresh eggs, feed the chickens & sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids. Dogs welcome on request.

Nestled in the heart of Lambton Village, our 3-story bungalow offers an ideal location for a memorable stay. Immerse yourself in the locale charm, surrounded by a diverse food scene, historic parks, and plenty of activities on your door step. Walking distance from the property are tennis courts, swimming pools and children's playground. For the adults there is Lizotte's for entertainment, two landmark pubs, beauty spa, nail bar, hair dresses, coffee and boutique shopping.

Newcastle 30.25 in the Vale

Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

"The Studio" is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region with wineries and concert venues just minutes away. Perfect for a romantic getaway or to simply escape the hustle and bustle. There are many beautiful walks and sights to see right on your door step including wonderful wild life. The Studio" is one of two cottages on the property.
