Best way to spend your vacation here!! Will definitely come back and recommend this place. Very comfortable, cozy and has everything you need from kitchen to living room to bedroom. I really appreciate the smell of fresh linens and hair free rest rooms. Board games, cards and videoke are also available which we really enjoyed using after doing water activities. Ms Merissa (the host) really made sure we are comfortable and gave the best accommodation by far together with Ms. Jassel (the caretaker) who checked and provided us all the info and things we needed during the whole stay. There’s also a mini market near the place if you want to eat fresh seafoods and fish to cook. The place is easy to find but I recommend to use a personal vehicle instead of public commute. But both are doable. Also, water pressure is a bit inconsistent but Ms. Jassel made sure we have plenty of stocked water on all the bathrooms and outside shower. All in all, this place is definitely a gem and a superhost! ?

The place is quite and peaceful, but also very convenient close to downtown and the ferry terminal in Calapan. The house was very clean as well. we enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place to any.

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. We had a great stay! The place was peaceful, super clean, and smelled really nice. What made it even better were Sir Martin and Ate Gigi. They were so thoughtful and helpful the whole time. You can tell they really care about their guests. They made us feel welcome and at home. We’d definitely love to come back!

Nice and peaceful place, may tv and karaoke (youtube) may card games and pool. Near din sa beach. super accommodating pa ng host and helper. May restaurant din nearby if ayaw nyo magluto. 5/5 super happy with the stay

What a nice place...and so friendly hosts. The room (better say appartement linvingroom/TV/kitchen, bedroom A/C, CR w shower ) has everything. If you should get still too hot you can jump in the small pool and enjoy food and drinks there. Go there you will like it!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was super accommodating and allowed us an early check-in, which was much appreciated. Communication was smooth throughout — they provided clear instructions on how to get there along with a detailed PDF outlining all the amenities. The location was perfect for a family getaway, with a stunning view and private beach access just a short walk away. We especially loved the karaoke system — we had a blast singing together as a family! Although we didn’t use the caretaker services, it’s a great option to have someone available to cook and clean for an additional price. The place is well set up for a relaxing stay. The only suggestion would be to bring your own towels. Other than that, this was an excellent spot for spending quality time with loved ones. Would definitely recommend!

I can't even begin to describe this beautiful place. has everything you need, want, dream of. Jay's parents were very informative and helpful with everything. very caring family. the grounds were immaculate and beautiful. sablayan town was amazing and easy enough to get to. we didn't want to leave. if your staying in sablayan stay here. it is amazing!

We stayed at Lush Green from 23rd - 27th Dec. We were 4 adults with 3 senior guests. The place is perfect for families. The private resort had 2 separate rooms, each with its own bathrooms. The place comes precisely as described. The owner Peejay made all the difference during our stay. She was very proactive and checked in regularly even before our arrival as she knew we were coming from Batangas. She offered to help facilitate our transport via the RORO ferries in Batangas and Calapan. She also accommodated for our special request to organise for a helper during our stay. Our helper Jasmine has been excellent, from the moment we checked in up until our last day. She helped made sure the seniors were comfortable and assisted us with errands around the resort. Jasmine's friendly and jolly demeanour made our stay very pleasant. Peejay also arranged for a massage therapist to come to the resort which was a big plus. Thank you Peejay for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended ***** <3!

Regina was very communicative all throughout the process. The house is very well kept and the views are awesome. The only negative that are the amount stairs and steps of the whole property. Not exactly physically disabled friendly. The views are very picturesque. It was great that the house is pet friendly. Regina’s caretaker, Inday, is such a great resource and a gem. Hopefully we can go back soon.

We had a delightful stay at this cozy house, truly feeling at home from the moment we arrived. Ate Irish greeted us warmly, and her hospitality was exceptional. A special touch was the banana she had prepared for us, which was incredibly sweet, and we appreciated that water was included. The house is spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, and there's even parking space available. The only minor issue was the rooster, but it’s something you quickly get used to. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

An exemplary experience of haven is what and how I would describe my stay. I did not hesitate on getting this listing due to the actual reason of stay but once we got here… I was very much enticed to even extend our dates here. It was indeed a sneak into paradise, I would say. I will go back and choose this listing everytime I will go here at my relatives’ place, that’s for sure.

the place was really nice. the host was extremely responsive to my questions and was also very kind. they also allowed us to have a late check-out since we booked for 2 days. the place is NOT beachfront, BUT you can book a tricycle ride that can bring you to any beach resort (5-10 mins. away only) with the help of the caretaker who knows the place by heart. the house is also near convenience stores & a small market where you can buy necessities/food to cook. also has an A/C unit and a reliable Wi-Fi. only cons of the place are the low water pressure and that we had a 1-2 hour brownout period, but overall, we'll come again! I was informed that brownouts don't happen often in the area, we might just be unlucky. kudos to the responsive and kind owner and to the helpful caretaker!

Would recommend this place for family outings and pet friendly trips. Place can accommodate several individuals. Check in/out was very smooth. Ate Janice was very obliging. Probably needs a hot shower option if the water’s too cold. Restroom inside the mainhouse can be accessed through a closet door. Street parking for cars can be a little dangerous due to scratches from the public tricycles :( but this is out of the host’s control. Otherwise parking inside the house garage is very safe. Road from Ibaan exit can be a little dangerous. Make sure to drive to the place before dark. Unli kapeng barako!❤️
