So DO NOT be noisy in our hostel at all times during your stay. 2 - Our room size is NOT THAT BIG(It's 22㎡)! Because of the amazing LOCATION, the housing rate here is REALLY REALLY HIGH. So we are trying to offer the BEST experience with just right room size at the BEST PRICE for you. 3 - The cleaning fee is NOT including daily house keeping. To give you the best living experience, we are using the best bed linen and Hotel Amenities. So in order to offer the best price on Airbnb, the cleaning fee is only for one time. The room is kids friendly. About 450 sqft, the room is Japanese style but catered to modern lifestyle. If you enjoy a local touch with the proper room when visiting Kyoto, we are certainly the right fit for you! We designed the room with love and care for little kids, because we have a little girl too. The room is safe and friendly for little kids. No sharp or pointy spot in the room. Low furniture, but all the plug-ins are highly positioned. And of course, we will try to accommodate any special requests for you. You are in good hands if you are looking for good room and personal service during your kyoto visit. This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).

Walking distance to down town shopping area, Nishiki market(10min) and convenience store in just in front of the apartment. Many restaurants nearby. Linens and towels are cleaned by professional outside services. Provide free wifi.
