Η Οικία LITHI, κτίστηκε το 1796 με την παραδοσιακή μανιάτικη αρχιτεκτονική, στην σκιά του οικογενειακού μας πύργου. Αναπαλαιώθηκε το 1996, προσφέροντας όλες τις σύγχρονες ανέσεις για ανέμελες διακοπές. H αρχιτεκτονική ιδιαιτερότητα της οικίας, καθώς και η μοναδική θέα προς την Μεσόγειο θα σας εντυπωσιάσει, αφού απέχει μόλις 1.700 μέτρα από την θάλασσα (σε ευθεία απόσταση), ενώ ταυτόχρονα θα σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης, καθώς εδώ θα νιώσετε για πρώτη φορά την αίσθηση της απόλυτης ησυχίας.

Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
