We get rave reviews for a reason! Rustic industrial, 2 bedroom, living room, full kitchen-everything you need for quick trip to an extended hunting or ski trip! Single level, no steps, Wi-Fi, bathroom, air conditioning. Just blocks from local brewery, Wild Goose Coffee shop, & Routt County Fairgrounds! 25 minutes to world class skiing in Steamboat Springs. Phenomenal hunting, fishing, summer river tubing, and renowned bird watching territory! Pet Friendly, $20 dog fee- total for up 2 dogs.

Views of the ski resort dominate this one bedroom, two full bath newly renovated condominium. The condo is tucked on the hillside overlooking the base area. A 10 to 15 minute walk down to the base area takes you to the Wild Blue gondola and a variety of restaurants and activities. Every inch of this cozy condo has been remodeled. A modern interior with full kitchen, king size bed and double sinks in the master bath. An outdoor patio adds to this stunning condominium. Adventure awaits.
