Rice Farm Hideaway; A little slice of heaven.

This sweet post & beam house is located near town yet private and tucked away in the woods, cozy & comfortable, pet friendly, close to ATV & snowmobile trails, and Baxter State Park, Katadhin Woods and Water, plus numerous lakes and the beautiful Penobscot River. The house can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The living area is open and sunny with a big kitchen. There is plenty of parking for recreational trailers. Come enjoy a rewarding climb up Katahdin or grab a book and read on the deck.

Lakefront Log Cabin on Pleasant Lake

Best view on the Lake! 500' of frontage out on a point. Private boat launch and dock site available. Covered deck to watch the sunset. Outdoor firepit, as well as indoor gas insert. Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

Welcome to Silver Lake Lodge! Sun yourself on the dock and cool down in the crystal clear water. When the sun goes down, you can build a campfire, isten to the loons calling and maybe even catch some northern lights. Silver Lake is an ideal spot to revel in summer! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, no worries! You’ll have endless ATV trails to explore or hang out in the beautiful home playing games or streaming a movie. Welcome to our relaxing lakefront property situated on Sebec lake in Maine. The 3 bedroom (3 queen beds plus 1 sleeper sofa to sleep 8 guests), 2 ½ bath home. Also, the "Loft" with A/C above the garage (4th bedroom) is available for a separate fee. It has a queen bed plus twin day bed and a trundle sleeping up to 4 guests, no bathroom. Direct access to ITS trails for skimobiles/ATVs. Large mud room for gear. Perfect spot to relax and recap the adventures of the day at the campfire in the backyard or on the welcoming front porch overlooking downtown restaurants and shops. Just a few blocks away from EV chargers at the Millinocket Library.

Forget your worries in this spacious camp. Unplug and plug into nature. Located on Millinocket Lake with private access to water. Views of Mt. Katahdin from deck and yard. Unwind and relax at camp after a nice paddle, raft, hike, bike….. Just 8 miles from the Togue Pond entrance of Baxter State Park. Short Walk to the New England Outdoor Center and River Drivers restaurant. A little longer walk or drive aprox 1 mile to knife edge brewery or Fredricka’s restaurant.

A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina is a short drive away and provides convenient access to launch your boat for the day.

Millinocket area, Smith Pond cabin-Loon Haven

Loon Haven is a peaceful log cabin retreat for family and friends to gather and enjoy all the area has to offer. Situated just 3 miles from Millinocket, this cabin is right on Smith pond and has access to the ITS trails in the winter, ice fishing, snowshoeing and x-country skiing trails as well. In the spring and summer, boating, fishing, hiking, and other summer activities are available at the pond and nearby lakes. Maps and pamphlets are available in the cabin.
