Prinos I, Seaside House

The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

It has a back yard , 2 bedrooms with shared balcony, 1 bathroom, a living room - dining room with a sofa-bed, a private sunbathing deck and a private outdoor WC. It has a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace with a dining table and impeccable sea view. Located along the port of Volos, my apartment has a great view to the sea. It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
