Καλώς ήρθατε στις " Τρεις χάριτες " στο άνετο ευρύχωρο φωτεινό εξοχικό. Ανήκει σε συγκρότημα 4 στρ. ιδανικό όλες τις εποχές του χρόνου 100μ. από τη θάλασσα με σχεδόν "ιδιωτική" παραλία σκιερή. Πηλιορείτικης αρχιτεκτονικής 45τ.μ ισόγειο με πατάρι και ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Διαθέτει 3 κρεβάτια 1 πολυθρόνα κρεβάτι παρκοκρέβατο καρεκλάκι μωρού πλυντήριο ρούχων ηλ. κουζίνα ψυγείο tv καφετιέρα τοστιέρα όλα τα μαγειρικά σκεύη μαχαιροπίρουνα. The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. The space is also suitable for renting both houses as one, by two friendly couples or a group of friends who are looking for a house with 4 to 5 beds.

On the first floor, it has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a traditional stone-built bed. The toilet is located in the courtyard. It has outdoor dining areas in the 3 courtyards that surround it with stunning views and a beautiful garden.

Portokaliá Cottage House is located in our Valaí Organic Farm in Kala Nera, Pelion. Our home is situated 400 m from the beach in Kala Nera, where you will find cafes, restaurants and beach bars. Kala Nera is also a great starting point for outdoor activities such as hiking, horse riding, swimming in the crystal clear waters of the beaches of Pelion and skiing between January and March. This would be an ideal holiday home for you if you love being outdoors, in nature and enjoy exploring.

It is a 5-10 minutes’ walk to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas and “Tsipouradika” which are Volos’s signature taverns that offer fresh seafood and traditional Greek spirits. It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Ακούστε τον ήχο των κυμάτων, νιώστε την αύρα της θάλασσας και χαλαρώστε σε έναν χώρο που έχει σχεδιαστεί για να προσφέρει γαλήνη και ξεκούραση, μακριά από την πολυκοσμία.

Studio No1 is 1 of the 3 studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with sea view. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
