Cute place, ideal for a couple. Location was perfect, next to coffeehouses, restaurants and bars and a short walk to the water. Most definitely will stay here again.

The apartment was well maintained, beautifully decorated and clean. Apartment was exactly as described with so many personal touches. My husband and I were so happy with our stay, such a homey feel. Dagmara also gave excellent check in instructions and always quickly responded. I would definitely stay again.

Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

My family stayed at Johanna's place for one night and everything was perfect. The check in process was easy, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient. It's also worth noting that the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again!

Claire's place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway. It was very clean, cozy and nicely situated on a peaceful street in walking distance to the LIRR train station, the main street in Southold, and a lovely beach with stunning views of the Shelter Island Sound and its surroundings. I would definitely book again!

Chloe's home was perfect for our stay as we wanted to be near my son in Old Saybrook. She was responsive and accommodating with my questions and needs always getting back to me right away. Check in was easy and I received emails all along the way which was helpful as I am a first time airbnb person. The home was immaculate with everything as it said it would be. Overall a great space, right next to the ocean and silver sands State Park. Easy to find and available parking. Clean and tidy, space as pictured. Shared back yard. Quick and easy communication with owner.

Laurie s place is very nice, spacious and clean. Plenty of space to eat, hang out and 2 bath. The fenced in yard is great for dogs or kids. We weren't in full summer season so we're not taking advantage of the beach and water options but they offer alot. Allowed for an early check in which was great as we were in town for a memorial service.

Spent the last week of the summer at this cute little cottage less than a block from the beach. The house is as described, looks like the pics, clean, stocked with amenities, and has a cute little outdoor deck area with a view of the water. Location is walkable to a few restaurants and creamery. Neighbors were so friendly; a really nice community. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!

lovely 2 bedroom with gorgeous water views from two roomy terraces , nice to wake up to the breeze of the water and the unspoilt natural surroundings of the wild sound. Thomas was a great host and very responsive
