Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

Conveniently located in the heart of Milawa, Karmala 1919 is a beautiful 100 year old heritage home for you to relax and unwind while exploring the Milawa Gourmet Region. Here you will find Brown Brother's cellar door and Epicurean centre at your door step, and close proximity to everything North East Victoria has to offer. It is also perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the views of the vineyard or the snow on the mountains in winter from the comfort of our property.

The Bungalow at Nunyara

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

Lupo’s Loft

Lupo’s Loft is upstairs at Lupo’s Kiln Cafe. Luxury accommodation for 2 in a king bed, complimentary champagne on arrival, free WiFi, Netflix TV(using your own login),kitchenette, bathroom and lounge area. Ideally located on the rail trail and the Great Alpine Road it is the perfect location for a romantic getaway. Lupo’s Kiln Cafe is open for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday’s and lunch only on Sunday’s. Open from 11am - 10pm Fri & Sat. 11am - 4pm Sun.

Nestled in between the Great Alpine Road and the Snow Road in the heart of North East Victoria, Elmwood Cottage offers a quiet, spacious home away from home a little off the beaten path. Based on beautiful farmland it is perfect for exploring the King Valley and Beechworth wine regions, The Milawa gourmet region, Beautiful Bright and the Alpine valleys. The cottage is self-contained and includes a queen bedroom opening to a private deck with barbecue overlooking our Open Gardens Victoria-listed garden. Downstairs is a sitting room, opening to a garden terrace, a separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Beechworth, a historic, 19C, gold-era town, is 4km away.
