On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.

Beautiful villa 50m from the beach

Charming family beach house only 50m to the sandy beach. Located in Niechorze, at the coast of the Baltic Sea. Spacious rooms and living room with a fireplace. All decorated in a scandinavian style. The house has been refurbished recently. Smart TV 75' including Netflix and HBO available . Private garden with all the amenities including lounge sitting, dinner sitting and beach amenities such as sun chairs and wind protection.
