Ideal für Familien, Seminare, Workshops, etc. Gruppen bis zu 32 Personen (Preis ist für 15 Personen angegeben). Räume für Yoga, Sauna, Tischtennis, Musik (Klavier, Gitarre, Trommeln), Kinderspiele. Es ist umgeben von Wald, Wiesen und Feldern und liegt 20 km von der Ostseeküste entfernt in der Nähe des Flusses Parsęta. Riesiges Außengelände mit Fussball- und Volleyballfeld, Trampolin und Feuerstelle.

On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.
