Twenty six scenic miles away from Yosemite National Park’s Arch Rock entrance, half of which is along the shores of the gushing Merced River. This 3 bed 2 bath 1600 sq ft cottage is on a 5 acre private land, one side borders the Sierra National Forest and is only a turn away from Highway 140. It has a spacious living area, dining, kitchen, laundry, a large viewing deck, a small library and a game room.

There's a seasonal river to swim in with rock pools to swim in thats visible from your deck which wraps around the entire home. Another custom deck features hot shower coming out the granite boulders and clawfoot tub overlooking the river.
