Great location Tram stop ( Saughton ) is just 3min walk, perfect if you are coming from the Airport, visiting the highland show or going to the City Center passing the Murrayfield stadium tram top is just 2 stops away. Bus stop just 1min walk. Heriot-Watt University bus stop is 10min walk and further 15min journey on the bus. Free parking spaces around us and our location is outside the Less Emission Zone Secure bike storage provided on request. First floor flat. Check-Out by 11am. Check-in 3pm

Edinburgh - Scotland. Highly recommended.

This apartment in central Edinburgh comfortably accommodates six people. Easy access to city centre and beyond if you wish to travel. Private parking. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a few days getaway. There is Alexa controlled Sonos music system and two smart televisions. The kitchen is fullly equipped and the lounge/dining area provides a comfortable dining table for six. Our flat is perfect for a City break and walkable to all concert and Festival venues.

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance and is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. Colinton is a lovely residential area. We are a 2 min walk away from a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min and stops include Haymarket and Princes Street . It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre and Edinburgh Airport. Colinton has 2 lovely restaurants, 2 pubs and a Co-op (approx 10min walk).

Homely 3 bedrooms flat in quiet area close to town

Relax at this peaceful first floor flat near town center. Our home is a well loved three bed flat, in quiet south-west neighbourhood of Edinburgh. We have good bus routes taking you to the town centre, Edinburgh train stations or Edinburgh Airport. The flat has great walking routes to Craiglockhart hill and has easy access to the canal path. Our flat is ideal for families with children as we have children ourselves. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen so you can enjoy being home from home.
