. Our home is located three minutes from Bellevue Avenue, abuts St Georges campus and is located between Easton's Beach in Newport and Sachuest Beach in Middletown. You will love our relaxing one bedroom apartment attached to our home, with its private back and front entrance and your own, kitchen, bathroom and living room.Enjoy our BBQ area, or grab a beach towel and go to one of the fabled Rhode Island beaches for some ocean fun. Just a 10 minute stroll to the historic village of Wickford with its quaint shops, restaurants and seaside charm. We are close to Newport, Narragansett, and URI with easy access to the airport, rail and bus transportation.

Private Sunny Unit near Newport/ New Split AC!

This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

Our cozy studio apartment is downstairs from our ranch style home. Kitchen (no stove) and private bath are included complete with Coffee set up. Also, there is a parking and free WiFi. Perfect for a couple or single guest or family with a child. We are located in very quiet safe neighborhood...away from busy Newport crowd (10 min drive)..close to beaches ( 5 min drive to Newport Easton Beach-first beach and 10 min drive to Middletown Second beach)..

3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer 2024 weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)
