Boasting beautiful views of the sand dunes of Goolwa. Only a 500 m walk to Goolwa beach and Goolwa surf life saving club. Enjoy a bbq and a game of tennis on the half court. Upstairs has an open living, kitchen, dining area and 3 bedrooms all with queen beds. There is also a bath tub upstairs and a laundry. Downstairs has its own kitchen, washing machine, lounge room and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed and one with one bunk bed, and one single bed.The couch downstairs also folds out if needed
