This is by far my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. My sister and I had visited Asbury Park a month ago and wanted to come back, so we were so excited to find this beautiful gem so close to the beach! The space is absolutely perfect I would move in if I could! Everything from location to cleanliness to the kindness of the host it was a dream. If I ever visit again I will rebook in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Marisa for the most wonderful stay!

Karen’s home was lovely! A great location a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, and easy to walk into downtown Ocean Grove from. Karen was an exceptional host, very welcoming, gave great recommendations, and was even flexible with a later check out than initially agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

First and foremost, Michaela is one of the most responsive and helpful hosts I’ve encountered on this app. She elevated our experience with constant communication, flexibility, and timeliness with meeting us (we arrived at the airport at 5am and she met us at the Airbnb by the time we arrived at 6am!). Plus, I locked myself out and she bent over backwards to get a spare key to let me in. She’s amazing. The place itself is in a great location with beautiful views. As others have mentioned, people live there, so you’ll find the dressers and closets full of clothes. So you’ll need to live out of your suitcase. Overall, great experience.

stayed for a business trip but would also be good for a trip with the family. In a quiet neighborhood, but three blocks from restaurants and shopping. Also a short walk to the path train to go into NYC. highly recommend

I hesitate to say how great this place is because I want it for every time I am in NJ. With that said, this place is incredible and the hosts are the best. The description of the place may be selling it short. Most evenings involved sitting on the beach across the street watching a gorgeous sunset followed up by a quick walk or bike ride to several top notch local places for food, drinks, and fun (Al Ponte for Thursday and Friday night lobsters).

Alicia was very helpful and you couldn’t beat this location. Right near the ocean and the home was as advertised. The kitchen and bathrooms were also beautiful. Highly recommend staying here!

It is a very wonderful, peaceful location. The house was very private and walking distance to everything. Safe and friendly neighborhood with lots to see. The home was perfect for a friend's weekend get away . The yard is very private and the front porch is on the walking path with a swinging bench for two to enjoy your coffee as the ducks walk by. Pictures are exact and house is very clean. Staircase is tricky but worth it for the location .

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Joseph and family were very welcoming. It was easy to find And Easy to park in the gated driveway. Definitely an extra perk to have your car parked there behind the gate. The courtyard is very nice with a glass table and chairs to enjoy. The Dog on the property was sleepy and nice! The basketball hoop and basketball for my son was great! The house was extremely clean! Very nice linens, lots of extra towels. The place definitely had everything we needed! Joseph was very patient and easy to communicate with, as we were super confused about the bus schedule and how to buy tickets, but he took lots of time to explain everything to us! The location is really great to get into New York City. The bus comes right outside the front of the house and it takes about 20 minutes to get to Times Square! There’s a little shop you can see from the front of the house that you can get necessities and there is a great little Colombian restaurant near by so delicious!

Let me start by saying I wish I could’ve been here during warmer weather. Even in the winter this house is great! Between the view of the river, the bbq out back, or simply getting warm around the fire pit. Theres so many great things about this place. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone.

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

David was a phenomenal host! His hospitality was great and his accommodations for my guests were exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend David to anyone looking for the beach front oasis.

We enjoyed Ben’s place. We went off peak and it was a perfect location. We could walk to the beach and good restaurants. It’s also a quick drive to Asbury and Red bank, both of which are really cool towns. Perfect that I could bring my dog. And Ben was super responsive, which we appreciated. I would definitely return.

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Loved loved loved this place. The rooftop is beautiful. The fireplace actually works! The string lights are a great touch. Kitchen was immaculate. View from the room is amazing. Building was nice. Parking in the garage was provided with a designated spot! And it has a lot of good restaurants nearby in walking distance. The pool table in the common area was also a great touch. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here again and I know for sure I will be back again! Host was also very responsive and helpful to any and all questions I had. This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever had! Love love love it!

AJ was a wonderful host. Very responsive and the place was flawless. The instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. At one point I noticed there were towels and hand towels, but no washcloths. I sent a message to AJ and washcloths were at my door within less than an hour. I really appreciated the peaceful environment. The location is very walkable and I felt very safe. I would highly recommend staying at this listing and I look forward to visiting again.

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!

If ever in the area will definitely try to book again. Area parking was the only issue. Other than that it was a top tier space. Blessings 🙏🏽
