Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

The Barn, Hurstpierpoint

A self contained, studio apartment with its own private access. The barn is situated in the pretty, lively village of Hurstpierpoint. Tucked away behind the High Street in a quiet spot yet next to a lovely bar and bistro (Morleys) and within a 5 minute walk of several more pubs, shops and restaurants. With easy access to the South Downs national park, Hickstead (3 miles) and Hassocks station (2 miles) for Brighton and London. Gatwick is 20 mins away. The Barn features a luxury shower/wet room, fully equipped kitchen with the basics to make breakfast and a pull down double bed. For families there is a sofa bed that folds down into a 5' double bed. The Old Barn can sleep 4 as we have a sofa bed, but it comfortably sleeps 2, we have decorated it to a high standard and catered for all needs. There is a wooden terrace where you can sit outside and enjoy the views.
