Cocketts Holiday Cottage - a delightful 16th century pink country cottage tucked away on a quiet lane in the heart of rural Suffolk. Cosy, comfortable and tranquil, featuring beams, logburning stove and large garden with orchard, games room and children's playhouse. Feed the owner's pygmy goats and look for eggs from the chickens. Thoughtfully equipped with all you'll need for a relaxing 'get-away-from-it-all' break at any time of year. Interesting places to visit and easy access to the coast.

We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. BYO kayak to explore the local river wildlife, or hire our new Hot tub to enjoy the sunset over the valley. Located on Norfolk/Suffolk border, an ideal base to explore the many delights of the region, including beaches, historic villages and numerous attractions

Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

Refurbed in 2022 to a high standard Jasmine Cottage is a hidden gem on a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

The Piggery is perfect for an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

This one bed, modern annex is situated 15 minutes away from the beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds. The name of the property very simply describes the view out the back of the annex which we hope you love as much as we do. You can watch rabbits, deer and birds from the large gable window and star gazing is a must. Whether you're in the area for an event or want to spend a relaxing weekend away to unwind, Field View Annex is the perfect getaway.
