Ski in, ski out beautiful condo at on the highest road on Saddleback Mountain Ski Resort. Sun filled, 65” and 40” TV’s, extra playroom w couch. Two bedrooms furnished with one queen-size bed in each, and one bunk room with four twin-sized beds. Nice deck w amazing views of Saddleback Lake and beyond. Great place to utilize Saddleback skin trails. Come in the spring/summer for hiking the AT, biking & access to Trophy rivers for native brook trout fly fishing or Fall for unbelievable fall colors.

Sunnyside is the perfect getaway for the family, a group of friends, or couples looking for peace and quiet. In the winter, come enjoy easy access to Sunday River, (20 minutes drive) Black Mountain, ( 7 minutes drive) and Mount Abram -30 minute. In the summer swimming (Ellis Pond, Roxbury Pond) for hikers, Whitecap Mountain Preserve. The trail is great for camping and hiking! Fall foliage is a stunning spectacle. Welcome to First Tracks! Located right on mountain bike trails and less than a three minute walk to Sugarloaf Village. With epic hiking, waterfall swims, disc golf, zip lining and mountain biking right out the back door we've got your vacation covered. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo with a game room downstairs and a hot tub to soothe your tired muscles after a day of play. Sugarloaf in the summer is magical. Quiet Retreat; Barker Pond Farm Cabins, LLC: Pine

Barker Pond Farm Cabins, built in 2010, feature modern amenities including a full bath and kitchen, outfitted with towels, linens and cookware. Each cabin sleeps 4 people, with a queen sized bedroom and a 2 twin sleeping loft, accessed by a ship's ladder. A screened-in porch is the perfect place to sit and listen to our resident loons. We offer two identical cabins for rent, Pine, listed here, and Spruce, which can be found under "Barker Pond Farm Cabins; Spruce"

BREEZE, in a tree The Appleton Retreat

BREEZE Treehouse, at The Appleton Retreat is located on 120 acres of private land, bordered by 1,300 acres of a protected nature conservancy. To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE does not have a hot tub but guests may reserve the sauna, which is close by and private. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

You’ll be surrounded by seventeen acres of tranquil trees and serene waterfront. In winter, it transforms into a picturesque wonderland, complete with snowmobile trails, ice fishing, and nearby skiing. Enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, such as kayaking and swimming, or unwind indoors with a game of pool and darts. Kayak to the three connected ponds (two of which are tucked away!) or paddle down the Souadabscook River for a chance to spot local wildlife.

Nice neighbors including Camp Manitou, Matoaka and Somerset. Near Public Boat Landing & country store. I reside nearby, and will help with any issues.
