Converted Barn. 2 bedrooms The Annexe at Middle Farm is a self contained converted barn adjoining our beautiful 17c cotswold stone farmhouse in a quiet picturesque village near the North Cotswolds. An ideal location for visiting the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Warwick Castle, the Malvern Hills and several National Trust properties. The Stables, next to the Cotswolds, near Evesham

The Stables is a converted annex has one allocated parking space, (There is room for 2nd car close by) Stables has a 12 foot square patio area, to the rear. The Stables has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the lounge area which is suitable for 2 young children or one adult . We welcome up to two medium or small dogs. With larger dogs please ask. For parents with babies, we provide a high chair but there is not really sufficient space for a cot.

It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Fox Cottage is a south facing single storey barn conversion, set amidst the open fields and paddocks of the Cotswolds. The sofa bed fee is charged if the sofa bed needs to be used if there is only one person in the main bedroom and it is required by another guest.
