Bright and Modern Private Guesthouse near Route 66

Our guesthouse is ready to host the most discerning traveler. You will appreciate the clean private guesthouse that is located on a quiet neighborhood street in a newer central subdivision that is close to all that SW Missouri has to offer. Please note that we offer a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils in the kitchen area, there is no stove/ oven. Parties and events are not allowed. Any extra guests need to have prior approval from the host before they arrive on site.

The Courtyard Suite with a POOL, pets stay FREE!!!

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Gorgeous newly-furnished upstairs apartment provides a comfortable stay for 1-2 adults. Swim in the beautiful inground pool or lounge in the hammock under the pergola (available Jun-Sep). Enjoy the well-equipped interior features like TV/streaming, dedicated workspace, and a small-but-mighty kitchen. Located near I-44 and Main, close to hospitals. Dedicated entrance gives access to a private two-room suite via self check-in. Great value for a beautiful space where we anticipate your every need!

Peoria Hills/Cabin/Route66 /casinos

The log cabin is located in the hills of Peoria, OK. on twenty plus acres of land. Amenities include Wi-Fi, small bathroom with shower only, TV, sleeping arrangements are a queen bed, a sofa bed, and an air mattress upon request . Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Only a 10 minute drive to Grove, OK. Please note there are several stairs to get up to the cabin itself (it’s how we get such a beautiful view :).
