Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Set in a delightful quiet hamlet, close to the village of Aldborough with a great pub, cricket green & shop (Sunday Times Top 20 villages in the UK 2022) Perfect for your getaway to beautiful N Norfolk, with or without your dogs. Explore the local walks, beaches, historic towns or just kick back and relax in the sunny garden with the BBQ. A welcome breakfast hamper awaits you upon your arrival (allergies, tell me)

Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

Your own Restored Train Carriage Cabin sits alongside the River Bure & natural water meadows, with private decking and a campfire nestled amongst the Alder Carr, where Norfolk’s wonderfully diverse wildlife is never far away. The Carr, 3 acres of ancient woodland and water meadows, is a space we tend and love ourselves, and are glad to share with our guests. Wander through, watch the wildlife & make the campfire yours for the evening.

Relax in the Hottub in this romantic setting, meander down country lanes, dip your toes in the sea and dine in the best sea-food restaurants. Idilic bliss!

Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

With one bedroom, it's ideal for couples, or single travellers. Small dogs are welcomed. The apartment is fully equipped to cook at home.

Hin Barn comes with a hot tub in it's own private fully enclosed suntrap of a garden! Located in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This property also has private parking and is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from Cromer seafront and a 15 min walk from the nearest train station.

The Old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

Sunny Brook - perfect for two

Sunny Brook is a charming detached bungalow set within the grounds of the owner’s home in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. This quiet and comfortable retreat is just a five-minute walk from local amenities, including a garage/shop, bus stops, and a traditional fish and chip shop. Ideally located for exploring the North Norfolk coast, Sunny Brook offers a cosy base for relaxing breaks and days out discovering nearby beaches, countryside, and market towns.
