After completing a full renovation on the 2nd floor of the Jones Building, we are excited to offer you 4 industrial style suites in Metropolis, IL. Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. The old stairs have seen a lot of traffic leading to everything from a dentist office, insurance agency and a 3rd generation law firm. Just to name a few. This space has been revitalized and allowed to thrive again. “The Jones” is ready to welcome you to the home of Superman!

The Dim Light—Third Street

Built in 1865, The Dim Light is located in Downtown Paducah’s Historic District. Located within walking distance to Paducah’s best restaurants, bars, shops and convention center. The Dim Light offers the most luxurious accommodations in Paducah. Featuring one of Paducah’s only roof-top decks, it’s the perfect place to kick back and enjoy playing games with the family or watching movies on the outdoor rooftop theatre. Convenient to Garden of the God’s Recreation area, which is great for hiking!

Round Pond Lodging - Eagle's Nest

This cabin is just part of our business which is called Round Pond Lodging, where we offer deer and turkey hunts during the season. Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. Every property we have offers a view of the quiet, beautiful, scenery that we call home. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Midtown Cottage, Queen Bed, Pet Friendly

Enjoy a convenient location, in this adorable 1920’s cottage. Located in “midtown” this home is close to dining, downtown and the mall area. Quiet location, with carport for parking and additional street parking. Pet friendly neighborhood, with dog park right down the street. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area, indoor dining area, walk in tile shower, queen size bed in bedroom and queen size sofa sleeper. Office space and high speed wifi. Outside porch for warm weather days.

Dee’s Downstairs Private Apartment

1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

Commonwealth Cottage

Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle.

Hosta House

Enjoy an adult stay in this private cozy getaway. This entire space is single level, quiet and just minutes from Paducah. (Outdoor kenneling accepted no indoor pets.) The country setting is ideal for a quiet weekend or longer stay. The private patio is a perfect place to have your morning coffee and evening wine while enjoying the flowers and sunsets. You will enjoy the roomy space and French touches no matter the reason for your visit. Summer grounds boast over 100 hosta varieties.

The Farm on Deer Run

Come to Southern Illinois and enjoy a genuine country experience. Located a half mile down a red gravel road the country farm house is only 15 minutes from Paducah, KY or 10 minutes to the Shawnee National Forest or Fort Massac State Park. The farmhouse sits on 40 acres and is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and two sitting rooms. The yard is large and shaded. After a fun Day can enjoy the evening with food off the grill or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a camp fire.

Approximately 1 mile (5 minutes) from downtown, river front, restaurants, Greenway walking/running/biking trail, etc. Nice, clean, friendly neighborhood and safe (1/2 mile from local Police and Fire station). Additionally, transportation to various fine dinning establishments can be provided for a nominal fee with prior notice. Note: Local reservations are welcome, but typically not suited for our business policy model.

It is in a quiet neighborhood, but within a 5 minute drive of downtown, the interstate, or the mall, and just a short walk to Noble Park. It really is the best of all worlds. House has 2 queen beds, and a large sectional sofa for sleeping arrangements. This listing is pet friendly and has a fenced in back yard perfect for your pets to stretch their legs. All animals welcome!
