Die neu gebaute familienfreundliche Villa mit Pool liegt direkt im alten, typisch griechischen Fischerstädtchen Methoni, das mit seiner ins Meer ragenden mittelalterlichen Festung auch historisch Sehenswertes zu bieten hat. Methoni befindet sich am südwestlichen Ende des Peloponnes, nur wenige Kilometer von der lebendigen Hafenstadt Pylos und der boomenden Golfregion rund um Navarino entfernt. Abenteuerlustige und Partytiger werden auch in der benachbarten Surferdestination Finikounda fündig.

Προσφέρει άνεση και λειτουργικότητα, με κοινόχρηστη αυλή για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και χώρο στάθμευσης ποδηλάτων. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία, αλλά και λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της αγοράς. In the middle of the small town Methoni in the southwest of the Peloponnese is our stone villa. It is a renovated stone house, in the original style in this authentic place, but with all amenities for a relaxing holiday - 500 m to the beach and approx. 25 min. by car to the next golf course. -- Everything was completed in June 2019, new air condition in 2023

Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, καναπέ και πολυθρόνα που ανοίγουν και γίνονται διπλό και μονό κρεβάτι αντίστοιχα. Dieser wunderbare Rückzugsort bietet viele herrliche Möglichkeiten zur Erholung und Selbstbesinnung. Auf Wunsch können Massagen oder somatherapeutische Anwendungen dazu gebucht werden.

Το κατάλυμα των 110τ.μ βρίσκεται στο Αρχοντικό Αβίας στην Καλαμάτα, σε απόσταση μόλις 400μ. από την παραλία. Είναι κτισμένο σε αμφιθεατρικό σημείο με απεριόριστη θέα το Μεσσηνιακό κόλπο και την πόλη της Καλαμάτας. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται στάση λεωφορείου, mini market, beach bar και εστιατόρια. Απέχει 9χλμ. από το κάστρο και το ιστορικό κέντρο της Καλαμάτας.
