La casa vacanze "L'Altalena Gialla" è un accogliente e luminoso appartamento di 90 mq al 2° piano (senza ascensore) di una casa storica del 1924 nel centro di Marghera recentemente restaurato. E' posta in una zona molto comoda a tutti i servizi e trasporti da Marghera verso Venezia. Ha un ampio giardino con posto auto gratuito incluso e una pergola che nei mesi estivi è ombreggiata da una vigna centenaria; c'è un'originale "Altalena Gialla" che contraddistingue il giardino.

Our own apartment is located in the heart of Mestre, next to the best restaurants, bakeries, shops. Venice is just around the corner, with a tramway direct link a few steps away! Refurbished in 2017, we tried to fill the house with all our love to give you a perfect stay, just like a home away from home!

A soli 10 minuti di bus (fermata a 2 minuti a piedi) dal centro storico di Venezia, si trova questa scuola degli anni '50 completamente rimessa a nuovo: le vecchie classi sono diventate stanze a hanno dato vita ad un piccolo complesso di eleganti e moderni appartamenti con parcheggio custodito e privato. L'appartamento è situato a Venezia terraferma, in una zona residenziale tranquilla e senza punti di interesse di tipo turistico. Si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus, permettendo di raggiungere Venezia isole in soli 15-20 minuti.
