Hôte très réactif et amical, avec en prime une petite douceur offerte. Encore merci c’était délicieux. La literie était très bien et l’hébergement est spacieux. Je recommande ce logement et son hôte.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet appartement en bord de mer. L'emplacement est idéal, à une minute à pied d'une plage naturelle, avec des rochers, loin des plages touristiques traditionnelles. Vue imprenable sur la mer, cadre paisible et calme, parfait pour se ressourcer. L'appartement est bien aménagé et confortable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Das Beach House war leicht zu finden, Schlüsselübergabe ohne persönlichen Kontakt. Wir hatten den obersten Stock für uns (nicht das ganze Beach House, wie wir ursprünglich dachten!). Guter großer Parkplatz am Gelände, die Wohnung geräumig, von Interieur her gemütlich, aber schon einige Jahrzehnte alt. Es war alles soweit sauber, der Boden nur etwas staubig und ein paar Haare im (sonst ganz frischen) Bettzeug. Wir haben uns trotz kleiner Mängel (wie zb Einbruchsspuren an der oberen Tür, die kaum ausgebessert sind) wohl gefühlt. Die Lage am Meer mit täglich spektakulärem Sonnenuntergang und Terrasse, die praktisch ums ganze obere Stockwerk verläuft, ist super schön und der Steinstrand vor der Tür ermöglicht es, das Meer sehr zu genießen. Es gibt keinen natürlichen Schatten, aber Sonnenschirme im Stiegenhaus der Wohnung (das auch für andere zugänglich ist, weil dort auch Putzmittel für andere Wohnungen verwahrt wird). Im Haus sind 3 Wohnungen, in fußläufiger Nähe kl. Shops, Tavernen,...)

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

The hosts where very friendly and welcoming. We stayed at the house as a group of ten people. There was enough space for everyone and it’s also possible to keep a little distance as well if needed. The view from the house on the sea and the surrounding area are stunning. The pool is a great all day alternative to the sea. Even though just a quick walk down the hill there are small beaches which are mostly only used by locals and where relatively quiet. The house offered everything we needed to have a pleasant stay and it offers also big outdoor kitchen for a bbq. There is also a big terras especially nice for a sunset gathering. We where quite isolated there and where almost the only guests in the area. We very much enjoyed this peace and quiet but bear in mind that for the next bigger city or any others bigger attraction you might have to drive for quite a while. The small town has a supermarket and a choice of good restaurants though, so you should be covered.

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft und es hat uns unbeschreiblich gut gefallen. Der Strand ist einfach genial, nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und man hat den Strand fast immer alleine. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter Grill etc. Unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gefallen da er rumtollen konnte wie er wollte. Es war einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub! Nous avons passé 13 jours dans la maison de Khaled. Tout d'abord, Khaled est extrêmement sympathique et fera le maximum pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Disponible, avenant et à l'écoute. L'endroit est tout simplement idyllique avec une vue incroyable, une piscine privée et uniquement pour votre usage avec de très belles dimensions. La maison est également très calme dans un écrin de verdure et vue sur l'ile d'Eubée. A quelques minutes vous trouverez les nombreux restaurants, supermarchés et plages de Nea Palatia, L'intérêt de cette maison est aussi sa proximité d'Athènes (45 km ) ce qui en fait un point de départ intéressant pour se rendre régulièrement à Athènes pour visiter les nombreux sites archéologiques (Acropole, Gora, Plaka...). La maison se prête bien aussi à la visite du site de Delphes. Je recommande pour les familles !

Πολύ όμορφο στουντιο/δωμάτιο με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και καταπληκτική θέα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Ελεύθερη πρόσβαση στη πισίνα που διαθέτει το σπίτι. Μέρες απολαυστικές σε έναν πολύ φροντισμένο χώρο και η περιπχή διαθέτει άπειρες επιλογές για εξερεύνηση, μπάνιο, φαγητό (προτίμηση μας το Απέριττο στις όμορφες Πετριές). Στο επανιδειν Ιασωνα και φίλοι.
