Το Lithea βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό της Ξινάρας, μόλις 10' μακριά από το λιμάνι. Προσφέρει μια μοναδική εμπειρία ήρεμων διακοπών για όσους θέλουν να γνωρίσουν την ενδοχώρα του νησιού και τις ξεχωριστές παραλίες του. The property consists of a series of terraces ideal for al fresco dining, lounging, and unparalleled sunset views. During the day you can expect fly-bys by the local crows unique to the island and after the sun sets, moonlit visits from the valley sheep.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

The house is 90 sqm for 4 guests and renovated in 2006 – 2008 with respect to all architectural elements. Consists of two bedrooms ( with traditional built double beds),bath with shower,living room with traditional built in corner sofa,fireplace,Kitchen and Big veranda 70 sqm. with panoramic view cyclades islands.

The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Διατηρεί αναλλοίωτη την κυκλαδίτικη αρχιτεκτονική, συνδυάζοντάς την ομως με σύγχρονες ανέσεις. Το σπίτι διαθέτει όλα εκείνα που διευκολύνουν τη διαμονή των επισκεπτών του, όπως κουζίνα, πλυντήριο, κλιματισμό, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα, αλλά και αντλία θερμότητας, η οποία προσφέρει ψύξη - θέρμανση όλο τον χρόνο.
