Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. Relax and unwind in this oasis in the desert uplands of Mesa. This is a guest apartment attached to the main house on a 1 acre property. It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.
